Jurassic World Review

My Review of the film Jurassic World!
By Michael Ward

Jurassic World is a 2015 American science fiction adventure film that is the fourth instalment in the awesome Jurassic Park film series.

Jurassic World is one of those must see summer blockbusters that will get you excited to see those lovely dinosaurs on the big screen again.

The Jurassic Park franchise is one franchise that I am glad is back. While Steven Spielberg’s original Jurassic Park movie is pretty much an all time classic that will be passed down from generations to come. (I know I'll be showing my kids and grand kids when the lucky lady comes along). Jurassic Park two and three were not as good as the original, when it comes to capturing the magic of the first movie.

Colin Trevorrow’s Jurassic World is a very entertaining film with lots of action and of course dinosaurs! Let’s just say that it is an adventure that you won't forget anytime soon. The movie begins with an attendance of 20,000 plus people coming to the Island each day. Think that is enough? Nope. Well the owners where only thinking about ways to keep this tourist destination growing with more and more tourists.

They end up creating a smarter, faster, scarier and much bigger creature who they hope will be scarier than the legend that is the T-Rex. Sadly it escapes. (Well we knew it would right?)

We find that everyone is now in extreme danger and now it is up to Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) a Velociraptor trainer (Pretty cool job) and Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard) – remember guys and girls, she did help with creating the monster who is a lot scarier than the T-Rex!. To save the day and her two nephews who are visiting the park. Talk about a bad day at the office. Together they must track down the beast she helped to create before it kills everyone on the island.

For me, after watching this movie the performances of Both Bryce Dallas Howard (Damn she fine!) and Chris Pratt (Maybe the next Indiana Jones?) are well-suited to becoming the new faces of the Jurassic Park franchise. (If they make more movies) Please make more!

My verdict of Jurassic World is:

Jurassic World is a film that I would see time and time again. It is an entertaining summer blockbuster that I know will get audiences very excited to see dinosaurs back on the big screen! I will say this; it is one of the best Jurassic Park movies we have seen so far.

Oh and below is the trailer to Jurassic World.
